Callback debugging

Manual callback status is sandbox-only. Production does not support it. Sandbox supports automatic callbacks: odd last phone digit → success, even last phone digit → failure.

Callback handler did not return HTTP 200

The platform retries up to 5 times within 12 hours, then stops.

Signature error (1003)

Parameters were not sorted in dictionary order. Empty string, 0, null, false, and string '0' do not participate in signing. Algorithm is RSA signature, not RSA encryption.Remove trailing zeros after decimal points, e.g. 100.00 → 100.

Does sandbox require IP allowlist?

Sandbox can be tested without allowlist configuration.

API returns 403 Forbidden

In production, merchants only need to paste the generated merchant public key into Merchant Console → Account Management → Application Configuration.
